In an area as congested as Cheltenham Township, our most precious resource is developable land. One such parcel is the Laverock Hill property. Developing these last remaining properties will expand our tax base, but will also diminish the historical aspects of the township and the environmental quality of the surrounding neighborhoods. What do you think?
