Save Laverock Hill?

  • Talk Back

In an area as congested as Cheltenham Township, our most precious resource is developable land. One such parcel is the Laverock Hill property. The proposal here is for eight four-story buildings (two pairs of which are interconnected) with footprints of 74'x140', with 27 units per building, for a total of 216 age-restricted dwelling units.

More information on the Laverock Hill property is available at Springfield Commisioner Doug Heller's website. (Part of the property is in Springfield Township.)
